Report any wrong, defective, or damaged products within 2 days of receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange.

Simply message us on WhatsApp or Messenger with your Order ID and a photo/video for quick verification.
Swift Replacement
Weâll arrange a collection for the incorrect item and ship your replacement as soon as verification is complete.
